The location is great and decent and the food is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel is nice for lunch. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle to the property. And it is possible to park on site. Thank you for a such great stay.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming, especially towards my pregnant partner, making us feel comfortable from the start. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the price was reasonable for the quality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. we had a fantastic experience.

Great service

We stayed at the Doubletree the night before our flight and the service was exceptional. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and convenient, and when we returned, the shuttle picked us up without any hassle. The hotel even upgraded us upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond when my father lost his handicapped pass - they searched diligently and kept us informed. We were truly impressed with the service provided by the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

I had a great stay at a hotel near Toronto airport. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the planes. I loved watching them come and go. The staff was friendly and provided me with extra linen promptly when I requested it. The TV in the room was easy to use and even had the option to connect to Chrome cast, which made it convenient for me. The hotel also had a pool which was a nice bonus. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice, big room with a modern walk-in shower and free toiletries for $178. Checking in was a breeze and they had parking right there 👌.

The bed was comfy, staff helpful, close to airport, easy shuttle, clean room, good size.

The young FD agent with long dark hair, glasses, and a friendly demeanor went above and beyond by holding my luggage and offering me a warm cookie.
